Atom viewer

Most glassware and lumps have an Atom viewer, which you can open from the toolbars. The Atom viewer lets you see chemicals or reactions at the molecular level.

The contents of the Atom viewer may change as reactions are completed or as new chemicals are added to a vessel.

A warning message is displayed if the contents of the vessel cannot be visualised (see Areas covered by Atom viewer for more details).

Tips for use:

• If you have a number of Atom viewers open at once, you may experience a drop in performance. To improve performance, reduce the number of open windows or the size of the open windows.
• Very large and zoomed Atom viewers may not be displayed. Reduce the window size or zoom out to restore normal display.
• Atom viewers may stop spinning if they are using too many system resources.
